We filed papers today at the Attorney General’s office:

• A Request for Title and Summary Section 9002
• A copy of the initiative
• A signed affidavit
• A $200 check, which will be refunded when the initiative makes it on the ballot

   I FULLY SUPPORT PROTECTING MARRIAGE FROM DIVORCE by homosexuals.

   NO ONE SHOULD DESTROY MARRIAGE BY GETTING A DIVORCE unless they are heterosexual.

   This will also close a very lucrative door for the state to steal our money via divorce court costs. And whenever the state loses money, we the people win.
